Why do products have to be paid for in advance and how is the availability of the products guaranteed?To ensure final confirmation of our order with the manufacturer, an advance payment for the products is required. Stock is always available as long as the product is included in our offer. We synchronize daily with the manufacturer to ensure that we always have sufficient quantities available.

Are there additional costs when purchasing our products?In foreign shops, prices are usually exclusive of taxes. This means that a tax of around 9-10% must be added to the purchase price when importing. However, our service covers all these costs, so our prices include all applicable taxes, customs duties, packaging materials and shipping costs.

Is there a right of withdrawal for my online purchases?According to Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal for online purchases. Once we have placed your order with the supplier, withdrawal is impossible. It is therefore important that you check your order carefully before placing it. Where do you source your mining hardware and how is quality ensured before products are shipped?We source our mining hardware directly from the manufacturer or from certified suppliers in China. We conduct extensive functionality tests on the miners in our warehouses in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to ensure they work perfectly before they are shipped.
